For Landscape & Lawn Maintenance Companies

Add Weed Control & Fertilizer
to Your Route

We handle seasonal fertilization and licensed pre- and post-emergent applications on your clients' properties, on schedule and documented, so you can offer a full lawn program without taking on the applications yourself.

The Problem We Solve

Your Clients Want a Full Lawn Program. Some of It Requires a License.

Your clients expect a green, thick lawn, and they don't separate mowing from feeding. But a real lawn program includes pre-emergent and post-emergent applications, and in Georgia, applying those for hire requires a commercial pesticide license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture, along with the training, insurance, and record keeping that come with it.

Many good landscape companies don't hold that license, and most don't want the liability that comes with treatment work. That's where we come in. Our licensed applicators handle the fertilization and pre- and post-emergent applications on your accounts, timed to the Northeast Georgia calendar. The applications are ours, so your crew can stay focused on mowing, beds, and installs, and you can still offer a complete program.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my own pesticide license to work with you?

No. We make the pre- and post-emergent applications under our license. You shouldn't apply herbicides for hire yourself without a license, but you can offer a full fertilization and pre-emergent program to your clients through us.

Will you contact my clients or try to take the account?

No. We don't solicit your clients for the services you provide, and we send their questions back to you. Our job is to make your service more complete.

Does the program guarantee a weed-free lawn?

No program can, and we don't present it that way to you or your clients. Fertilization and pre- and post-emergent applications greatly reduce weed pressure and build thicker turf, but weeds still blow in and some take more than one treatment. We give you per-property notes so you can set the right expectations with each client.

Who bills the client?

Typically we bill your company per application, and you set your own pricing to your clients. If you'd prefer a different arrangement, we can discuss it.

How do you schedule around my mowing?

We plan each round around the application window and your crew's schedule. Some products need time before mowing or need to be watered in, and we'll tell you what to expect on each property.

What area do you cover?

Our core area runs from Jefferson to Toccoa across Jackson, Banks, Franklin, Habersham, and Stephens counties. Larger route lists outside that area can be discussed.

Is there a minimum number of properties?

Call us. We'll look at your list and the locations and find something that makes sense for both companies.
